Compare A, B and C

Each concept has its own dimensions, crane simulation and operator HMI. Choose one alternative to inspect in the customer-provided L3 drawing.

Baseline capacities include proposed I/O overhead and opposite-bank storage. Dimensions are editable; arbitrary parameter changes require new engineering checks. Class 10,000 / 10K / ISO Class 7 requirement. Design development, not a manufacturing release.

SOURCE & ASSUMPTIONS

Built from your L3 drawing.

The 2D view uses extracted linework from L3 Layout.dwg, including the original red revision cloud around the proposed automation area. Frozen layers are off by default.

2D source geometry

Pan, zoom, toggle layers and measure. Curves are tessellated for display. One unsupported leader and specialist non-geometric CAD data are not reproduced. The source DWG remains the authoritative drawing.

3D planning model

Existing wall outlines are extruded to an adjustable, assumed height. Equipment follows Concepts A/B/C; dimensions and cart supports are provisional. The MiR250 body mesh is from DFKI-NI mir_robot; the under-cart coupling is a custom concept. The Hook interface is a simplified study with an OEM reference photograph. This is not an original 3D model from the DWG or a validated collision simulation.

Check dimensions before detailed design

The 1200 mm panel blocks support millimetre interpretation, but the DWG insertion setting is inches. The 20.45 × 11.60 m value is the revision-cloud envelope, not net usable area. Ceiling clearance, slab loading, access and final ASRS positions need confirmation.

X/Y coordinates use a local origin at the lower-left of the cloud vertices; positive Y points down on screen. Changing unit interpretation rescales the source drawing, not the ASRS concept. Exported plans contain your current values. Settings are retained only in this browser when local storage is available.
